Nearville and our third–party partners and service providers (such as advertising networks, analytics providers and social media platforms and networks) use pixels, web beacons, software developer kits, third–party libraries, cookies, and other similar online tracking technologies (collectively, “online tracking technologies”) to collect Personal Information when you interact with our Services. Such Personal Information may include how you interact with our Services, data about your device or browser, and with your consent, your precise geolocation data. Other users of our Services – When you use our App to list an item for rent, we disclose to other users of our app the information that is included in your items listing including your first name, profile information that you choose to make public, profile picture, city, state.
Stripe, a vendor who provides financial transactions fulfillment – As explained in our Terms of Service, we engage Stripe for transaction fulfillment purposes. We disclose to Stripe transaction data and payment method data.
Vendors who support us in our business functions and operations including: sending emails, analyzing user data, providing marketing assistance, investigating fraud, and providing customer service.
Sell, Share, and Targeted Advertising
We do not “sell” or “share” your Personal Information for monetary consideration, but we use your Personal Information for targeted advertising, which may constitute a “sale”, “share” or “targeted advertising”. Nearville does not have actual knowledge that it sells or shares Personal Information of consumers under 16 years of age.
